Bob and his entire team are true professionals. We had a somewhat difficult renovation project -- some structural issues, electrical capacity being tapped out, and so on. We had our original GC leave town at the last minute. And our permit was getting held up by the County for a long, long time. Bob jumped into the middle of this weird situation. He got right to work. He developed a sound and reasonable budget. [It turned out to be (forgive the pun) on the money, as we only needed a couple of change-orders, and only when the house threw a real curveball at us.] And he helped jump-start the permitting process by getting us in contact with a good expeditor. Once we got the permit (finally), his team were on the job immediately, and got the demolition, structural work and utility upgrades going. When difficulties occurred, they were promptly explained to our satisfaction, and addressed as quickly and completely as possible. Materials were handled carefully, and installed competently. Particular attention was paid to getting the details right (such as, for example, matching the stain on our floors to other finishes as precisely as could be done, or using lasers to get the angles and measurements exactly right at each step). He and his team worked well together, both individually and as a group. Work was well planned and organized throughout. Everyone on the job came to it with the right attitude.
